Returns & Exchanges 

All items purchased from Moonstone Crystals are carefully packed with love and care. We thoroughly check each item before being well - packaged and posted to our lovely customers. However, sadly every now and then items may be damaged during transit. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please email sales@moonstonecrystals.com.au within 48 hours from receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Moonstone Crystals.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time.
